Commercial Sales Associate

Overview:
· Present CertaPro Painters to prospective customers to differentiate us from our competition and to enhance our ‘Brand of Certainty’.
· Ensure that our customer needs, expectations and job specific details are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal.
· Fulfill essential functions of: Commerical Sales, Field Marketing, Production and Personal Development.
· Service prospective customers to their painting needs and building customers for life.
Responsibilities for Commercial Sales:
· Commercial Sales to Property Managers, Facility Managers and Industrial Customers by initiating, developing and growing commercial painting relationships.
· Initiate, develop and grow commercial painting relationships with on-going commitment to sales goals
· Attend networking events and tradeshows to identify potential clients.
· Identify prospects in target markets.
· Use Social Media Marketing to help build client pool.
· Generate RFP’s (Request for Proposals).
· Participate in industry events and tradeshows
· Diligent Customer Follow-Up & Follow Through
Responsibilities for Commercial Production:
· Develop a close working relationship with the RSA and the Job Site Supervisor to ensure all expectations set forth on the written proposal are met.
· Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
· Coordinate job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards
· Show strong priority and time management behaviors
· Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting & Review with Supervisor. This position reports directly to the owner and works closely with all CertaPro team members.
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree in related field required or equivalent experience
· Driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
· B2B, commercial sales experience (preferred) - Track-Record as a Top Performer
· Working knowledge of interior and exterior paints coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT and other construction
· Goal oriented, organized and energetic with strong communication skills
· Strong computer and internet skills
· Ability to build lasting relationships
· Patience and perseverance to pursue the long-term sales cycle
