We are an organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings; interiors, exteriors, commercial, offices, and condominiums. Position Overview: 
  • Provide administrative support to the following functions: Marketing, Sales, Production, and Financial
 Responsibilities: 
  • Create sales packages, send and schedule estimates for Sales Associates 
  • Ensure all marketing tactics are executed as per the Company’s Annual Marketing Plan. 
  • Ensure all customer mailing lists are up to date.   
  • Maintain inventory and update all point-of-sale material. 
  • Daily Job costing and Quickbooks entry  
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO’s). 
  • Work closely with clients and crews to schedule work for production
  • Manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees. 
  • Conduct detailed follow-ups with customers.    
  • Participate in regional or national ongoing training conferences/meetings. 
 
Qualifications/Certifications: 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • College degree a plus 
  • Experienced with social media and digital marketing 
  • Organized and detailed oriented 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office packages 
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • 1-2 years of Office Assistant experience (preferred)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
