Commercial Client Relationship Manager (Sales and Marketing)- Job Description- CertaPro Painters of Castle Rock

CertaPro Painters of Castle Rock is looking for someone to join our team as the Commercial Client Relationship Manager with Sales and Marketing responsibilities. This person would service the Denver Metro. This person can live anywhere in the Denver metro area. We have a growing business and we need to add another high performing employee. CertaPro Painters is a leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. Our success has been built on the foundation of delivering certainty to our customers and employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Ideally, we would hire someone who wants to cultivate relationships with clients through networking and entertaining. This person should be high energy and sociable, willing to meet new people. Although we have existing customers who will provide repeat business, we need someone who is excited about identifying and introducing themselves to new commercial painting clients through cold calling, digital marketing, email campaigns, etc. The Commercial Client Relationship Manager will be doing both sales and marketing. We are looking for someone who likes building meaningful relationships with clients through coffee, lunches, happy hour, sporting events and other social activities.

  • Find new clients who have painting needs and make sure they know and like you.
  • Maintain our list of current commercial accounts by regularly meeting with them in person and/or with regular email communication.
  • Create and implement a digital marketing strategy through social media, our website and youtube.
  • Initiate and Develop relationships and sell to new commercial clients - Property Managers, Facility Managers and Industrial Customers
  • Cold calling and field networking to seek new business in multi-family dwellings, hotels/hospitality, churches, schools, office buildings, health care centers, warehouses. Basically, anything that isn’t a single family dwelling is commercial.
  • Participate in industry networking events and tradeshows
  • Diligent Customer Follow-Up & Follow Through
  • Set and hit sales goals
  • Entertain clients with lunch and learns, happy hours, coffee drops, etc
  • We offer the ability to work from home, our office or from our local coffee shop. The candidate should be willing to spend time on the computer finding clients and be field based, driving throughout the community daily.
Necessary Qualifications and Requirements:

  • This role requires someone who lives in the Denver Metro area.
  • Exceptional communication skills with friendly, positive demeanor
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic
  • Strong written/verbal skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills for estimating
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proven record of ability to set, meet and exceed goals
  • Sales experience necessary for success
  • Previous experience in the paint industry is NOT required or even needed but can help. We teach you everything.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation, Benefits and More

· Salary plus commissions and bonuses- $50,000-$80,000

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
