General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
- Lead a crew of painters
- 3 to 5 years of painting industry experience. Able to perform all aspects of painting responsbilities from pressure washing, to prepping and masking, to spraying and backrolling homes. Including trimming out homes
- Maintain all painting equipment to ensure performance
- Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
- Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly trained, attired, and the CertaPro Brand is represented on the jobsite as required
- Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff
- Ensure the painting crew acts in a professional manner
- Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required and in a timely manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of three years of painting experience verifiable through references
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
