What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll spend your days:
- Meeting homeowners and understanding what they want (and sometimes what they don’t yet know they need)
- Walking properties, identifying solutions, and building clear, confident proposals
- Helping customers feel comfortable, informed, and excited about moving forward
- Partnering with our production team to ensure what you sold gets delivered the right way
- Following up, staying organized, and building relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
