CertaPro Painters of Nashua and Westford is hiring a high-energy Residential Painting Sales Associate who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is motivated by results, customer experience, and income potential.
This is a client-facing, field-based sales role where you will run qualified appointments, build strong homeowner relationships, and close residential painting projects while helping expand our local market presence.

What You’ll Do
- Run scheduled in-home and virtual sales appointments
- Build trust with homeowners through consultative selling and strong product knowledge
- Deliver professional, customized painting proposals tailored to customer needs
- Follow proven sales systems designed to help you close more business
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication throughout the customer journey
- Support local marketing efforts (lawn signs, neighborhood marketing, community events)
- Track pipeline, activity, and performance metrics in CRM daily
- Partner with production teams to ensure projects meet or exceed customer expectations
- Review weekly results and performance goals with leadership
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 2+ year degree in business, sales, or related field preferred
- In-home sales, construction, home improvement, or painting sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong closing skills and comfort discussing project investments with homeowners
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
