CertaPro Painters of Akron is seeking experienced Paint Crew Leaders to join our team. We are expecting strong growth in 2026 and beyond. We serve southern Summit and Portage counties, as well as surrounding areas.
We offer a busy schedule with on-time pay and treat our painters with the respect they deserve!
As an experienced and hands-on crew leader, you know that efficiency and attention to detail is key. So is communication and expectation setting. At CertaPro Painters, we value these skills and are looking for painters and crew leaders who are passionate about their craft.

We're looking for someone who is a hands-on painter/leader with an existing crew, is efficient and detail-oriented, physically capable of handling the workload, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. At CertaPro Painters, we take pride in our work and want you to feel the same way.
We encourage you to apply if you have at least 5 years of verifiable painting crew leadership experience.
