We are currently seeking a motivated Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines in-home sales, project management, customer service, and relationship building within the residential home improvement industry.

Position Overview
The Residential Painting Sales Associate meets with homeowners to assess their painting needs, provide detailed project proposals, and manage painting projects to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This role focuses on consultative in-home sales, residential project estimating, and client relationship management while supporting our commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate residential painting needs and provide professional recommendations
- Conduct in-home consultations and create customized project proposals and estimates
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate regularly with customers to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction
- Promote the CertaPro Painters brand through community events, networking, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Attend company training programs and regional or national conferences to stay current with industry trends
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday
- Approximately 40-hour work week
What We’re Looking For
- Prior sales experience in construction, painting, home improvement, or service-based industries preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
