We are a growing painting company seeking a Senior Operational Bookkeeper to take full ownership of financial accuracy, job costing, payroll support, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and takes pride in clean, compliant books.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
- Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Payroll and commission calculations
- Job costing and margin tracking
- Accounts payable and receivable oversight
- Monthly financial reporting for leadership
- Coordination with CPA for tax readiness
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Construction or service-based business experience required
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills
- Experience with payroll and job costing
- High attention to detail and documentation
