What You’ll Do
As a Residential Sales Associate, you will own the entire sales cycle—from first consultation through project completion—while delivering a premium, professional experience every step of the way.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct high‑quality in‑home and remote sales consultations
- Diagnose customer needs and present customized, value‑based proposals
- Manage a strong appointment calendar, including evenings and weekends
- Consistently hit or exceed sales and close‑rate targets
- Build long‑term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the job lifecycle
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow‑up in the CRM
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to standard
- Represent the CertaPro brand in the local market through signage, events, and referrals
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews

What We’re Looking For
Required
- Proven sales or consultative customer‑facing experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- High personal accountability and organization
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Preferred
- In‑home sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar)
- Track record of exceeding sales goals or earning promotions
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience working within a CRM‑driven sales environment
Compensation & Rewards

- Competitive base salary plus commission
- Typical annual earnings: $43,000 – $64,000+ (top performers trend higher)
