Certapro Painters of Central Oregon is looking for an energetic and outgoing person to fill our Marketing position. This position spearheads marketing initiatives to boost residential and commercial lead generation and brand awareness. The role involves crafting targeted marketing plans, implementing diverse strategies across traditional and digital platforms, and nurturing leads to drive customer growth.
Overview:
To help develop our brand by introducing our company as the best solutions for any commercial or residential painting needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for lead growth and brand awareness.
- Contact previous customers and prospects to stimulate new lead flow.
- Participate in networking groups, chambers, home shows/trade shows, seasonal fests, etc.
- Provide regular support to production managers and painting crews.
- Canvas neighborhoods and put up yard signs and door hangers.
- Develop relationships with lead-referral partners.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or equivalent in marketing or related field - Preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle - Required
- Prior sales and/or marketing experience - Required
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills - Required
