Senior Commercial Sales Associate
CertaPro Painters – South Shore Boston
CertaPro Painters is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to help expand our growing commercial division. This is a high-impact role focused on developing relationships, securing new business, and building a substantial book of commercial work across the South Shore and Greater Boston market.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated relationship-driven salesperson with experience in commercial construction, facility services, or building trades.
The applicant must have a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $60,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience), plus performance-based commissions
- Total earning potential for experienced applicants will be $100,000 - $120,000 in year one and will continue to grow meaningfully past that after their first year. Commissions are not capped.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property managers, facility managers, and commercial asset owners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of commercial accounts
- Perform site visits to perform estimates and ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations.
- Work with the Production team and Job Site Supervisors to ensure the success of every project
- Represent the company at industry events, associations, and client meetings
- Maintain a robust prospecting pipeline and report performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of successful B2B or commercial sales experience
- Existing relationships within the local commercial construction or facilities market strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of commercial construction, coatings, drywall, flooring, or related trades is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
