We are looking for a Residential Sales Consultant who is motivated, professional, and committed to helping homeowners improve their homes through a consultative, trust-based sales approach.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured process, enjoys meeting homeowners, and is confident guiding customers through decisions that lead to successful project outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate interior and exterior painting projects
- Conduct on-site consultations and provide professional recommendations
- Prepare accurate proposals using our proven sales process
- Build trust with homeowners through attentive listening and clear communication
- Follow a structured sales system designed to create excellent customer experiences
- Confidently ask for the sale and close projects when appropriate
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
- Represent the CertaPro brand with professionalism and integrity

Experience
