📋 Requirements

Established painting crew (2–6+ painters minimum)
Experience in residential exterior painting
Must have:
- EIN
- General Liability Insurance ($1M–$2M)
Reliable transportation and equipment:
- Ladders
- Sprayers
- Basic tools

👉 Must be able to produce efficiently and maintain quality
