Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming)
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Protect surrounding areas (masking, drop cloths, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship
